Alphabet Quilt - done!!

Hello there

Just a quick update on my latest finished quilt - Alphabet quilt. This quilt has been my UFO (unfinished object) for most of the last year (booo!!) until I picked it up again during Christmas holidays.

This quilt is a joy to make.

The pattern is Spell It With Fabric by Moda (http://blog.modafabrics.com/2014/02/spell-it-with-fabric-blog-hop/) and uses 2 1/2in fabric strips for the letters and one fat eight for each letter background.

There are 26 letters and four extra blocks to fill the gaps. The whole quilt measures 60x68in and it's a nice single size.

I love how this quilt turned out and just can't believe I haven't finished it earlier.
