Cool Coca-Cola Cushion...

Hi there...

Finally finally finally......end of school!! And that means teachers' presents and gifts.

With my three kids in the same primary school, that's a lot of teachers.

This year was my son's last year in primary and he came up with this idea of Coca Cola cushion for his class teacher (he thinks she's pretty cool...and her favourite drink is Cola cola).

So obviously I had to search for the perfect Coca cola fabric (thank you Ebay!) and perfect pattern (this simple block is from Summer Sample quilt along - block no 8). If you mix those two together, you get this.....

The cushion measures aprox 14in and is quilted with straight lines. I kept it simple, only red and white fabric combo with dark grey bias binding.

For the back I picked up pretty cool red/white/black fabric with great print.....(amazing!!).

My son thought it was cool....yay!! That's a lot of praise from him.....
